I have designed and delivered training for staff and volunteers for over 10 years in a range of topics including Outcomes Focused Programme Design (Logic Models), Preventing and Managing Challenging Behaviour, Drugs and Alcohol Awareness, Quality Standards in Substance Use Education, Holistic Health and Well-being Education, Relationships and Sexuality Education to name a few. I have also contributed to programme development for these topics and others such as  anti-bullying, offending behaviour and personal development.
